Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

📍 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only) 📄 Employment Type: Full-time 🛂 Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to help protect critical systems and data by designing and implementing robust security solutions. 🚀 Responsibilities: Design and implement security controls across cloud and application environments Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities Conduct risk assessments and security audits Implement IAM, encryption, and Zero Trust principles Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle Support compliance with industry standards and regulations ✅ Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) ⭐ Nice to Have: Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) Experience with DevSecOps practices Background in penetration testing or threat modeling 👤 Profile: We are looking for professionals who are: Risk-aware and detail-oriented Proactive and problem-solving driven Strong communicators and collaborative partners Comfortable working remotely
